McLaughlin Metalworks stands behind the quality of our products and wants our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges may be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 60 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must:
- Be undamaged
- Be returned in reasonable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Return Authorization Required
Customers must contact McLaughlin Metalworks before returning any product.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many McLaughlin Metalworks products are assembled, finished, polished, or otherwise completed to order.
While we strive to accommodate customer satisfaction whenever possible, slight cosmetic variations or handcrafted finishing characteristics may naturally occur between products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
McLaughlin Metalworks takes extensive care in packaging and inspecting all shipments prior to delivery. Products are photographed before shipment to document condition and accuracy.
If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging if applicable
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow reasonable processing time for refunds to appear depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request order cancellations before shipment.
Because most orders are processed and shipped within approximately 24 hours, cancellation requests must be submitted promptly after placing an order.
Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead fall under the standard return process.
International Orders
International customers are eligible for returns where legally permitted.
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import-related charges associated with returned items
