This elegant falling block was designed with the light-weight hunter in mind. Well balanced and fun to shoot, it is a favorite of smaller-framed individuals and women.

I converted this Mid Range Wesson copy to a take-down rifle and redesigned the stock for aesthetics and function. The forearm and pistol grip are based off a Stevens design with a Winchester style butt and a solid steel buttplate. The straight comb and 1/8 inch toe out allow the shooter to hold the rifle level without cant.  The barrel contours were designed for balance and weight. I recommend a 26 – 28 inch barrel for hunting.
